01 — What We Do
Abunch Media builds automated systems that run repetitive business operations — lead qualification, proposal generation, invoice processing, content publishing, and similar work — without human involvement. A company describes its rules once. Abunch Media encodes those rules into software that runs the task at any volume, around the clock, without error or delay.
An AI employee is a software system that reads incoming information, applies your business rules, and takes action — the same way a person would, but faster and without stopping. When a lead submits a form, the system scores it, creates a CRM record, generates a proposal, routes it for approval, and sends a contract for signature. Each step runs automatically, based on rules defined once.
Any task that follows a defined process. Common examples:
Zapier and similar tools connect two apps with a simple trigger-and-action rule. Abunch Media builds end-to-end systems with decision logic built in — scoring, conditional routing, approval chains, document generation, and error handling. When a business rule changes, the update happens in one place and propagates across every workflow instantly. In a collection of disconnected automations, the same change requires updating each one individually — and a missed update sends the wrong information to the right person.
02 — Who This Is For
Companies that pay someone $50,000 to $80,000 per year to do the same task all day, every day. If growth requires adding headcount — if doubling revenue means hiring two people at $120,000 each — the business has a structural cost problem that automation addresses. Abunch Media works best with companies doing over $500,000 in annual revenue with at least three full-time employees.
A team where at least one person's primary job is a repeatable process: reviewing expense reports, screening resumes, qualifying leads, processing invoices, writing follow-up emails, or updating records. The business has hit a ceiling where taking on more work requires hiring more people, and the owner wants revenue to grow without costs growing at the same rate.
No. The relevant question is whether the business has a workflow that runs the same way every time and currently requires a person to execute it. Abunch Media has built systems for professional services, e-commerce, SaaS companies, and agencies. The industry does not determine fit — the operational structure does.
Three situations: the business can hire the right people instantly whenever it needs them; labor is the smallest cost and the owner does not care what it costs; or the owner prefers managing a larger team to making more money per person. Automation also requires a defined process. If the business does not do something the same way every time today, the first step is defining the process — not automating an inconsistent one.
03 — How It Works
Three phases. Discovery: Abunch Media maps existing workflows, documents approval logic, identifies which processes to automate first, and defines success metrics. Build: Business rules get encoded into software, integrations are connected to the tools already in use, and the first workflow goes live within 30 days. Deploy: Remaining workflows are deployed, performance is monitored and adjusted, reporting dashboards are built, and the team is trained to operate the system independently.
The audit maps every workflow in the business, scores each one by return on investment, and produces a specific action plan showing which workflows to automate first and what each one saves in hours and dollars. Delivery takes 10 days. The $1,297 fee credits 100 percent toward the setup fee when the project moves forward.
The first workflow goes live within 30 days of kickoff.
Access to the tools already in use — CRM, email platform, document systems, communication tools. One person on the team who understands how the target process currently works and can answer questions during the discovery phase. No engineering resources or technical knowledge are required on the client side.
Clients on the Embedded plan receive ongoing monitoring, performance adjustments, expanded automation coverage, and reporting dashboards as part of the monthly engagement. Clients who complete a one-time setup receive 30 days of post-deployment support. The system is documented so the team can operate it without Abunch Media's involvement.
04 — Pricing
Three options. The audit is $1,297, delivered in 10 days, and credited 100 percent toward setup. Setup starts at $10,000 as a one-time fee — the exact amount depends on the number of workflows and integrations required. The Embedded plan is $5,000 per month plus the setup fee, covers any task volume, and includes ongoing monitoring, expansion, and reporting.
A complete map of existing workflows, a ranking showing which ones to automate first, return-on-investment calculations for each workflow in hours and dollars, and a specific priced action plan for the setup phase. The $1,297 audit fee applies in full toward the setup fee when the project proceeds.
The setup fee starts at $10,000 and increases based on the number of workflows being built and the number of integrations required. The audit produces the exact setup quote before the client commits to anything.
Because processing 100 invoices and processing 10,000 invoices require the same infrastructure. A flat fee means the company's costs stay fixed while output scales. That is the structural change automation creates — costs stop growing when revenue grows.
Yes. The $1,297 audit fee credits 100 percent toward the setup fee. If the project proceeds, the client does not pay separately for the audit — it is deducted from the setup cost in full.
05 — Technical
No. Abunch Media handles all technical implementation. The client provides access to existing tools and one person who understands the current process. No engineers, no coding, and no technical knowledge are required.
Any tool with an API or standard integration pathway. Common connections include Salesforce, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo, Slack, DocuSign, Stripe, QuickBooks, Google Workspace, Notion, and Airtable. The audit phase confirms which integrations the specific project requires.
Embedded plan clients receive ongoing monitoring as part of the monthly engagement — issues are identified and resolved before they affect operations. Setup-only clients receive 30 days of post-deployment support. After the support period, the system documentation allows the client's team to address common issues independently.
Abunch Media builds reporting dashboards that show task volume, processing times, error rates, and output quality. For revenue-generating workflows, attribution tracking shows the dollar impact. The audit defines success metrics before the build begins, so both parties agree on what "working" means before any code is written.
